I love volunteer work, and have been involved for several years through Junior League, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Junior Achievement, and as of April 2006, with the Waterloo Jaycees. I also involve myself in the Dunkerton Child Learning Center, specifically their golf fundraiser. My husband Joe (also in the Jaycees) and I have been married six years and we live in Dunkerton with our two four-legged kids (our black labs), Rowdy and Callie. As the Community Outreach/Development Coordinator at Allen Hospital, I do some fundraising, marketing and special events planning. I am a Purdue grad (Go Boilers!) and recently received my MA from UNI. I look forward to being even more involved with the Jaycees during 2008. |
