I registered online, but I do not see my name in the field. Am I entered?
The field is updated on our website weekly from late May through early July. As the event gets closer and begins to fill up, these updates will be more frequent. If you have sent in your information and your name is not on the website within a week, please contact the appropriate chairperson for additional information.

Can I get a refund if I need to withdraw from the tournament?
Refunds will be given if the withdraw notification is given before Noon on July 14th.

If the tournament is full can I get on a waiting list?
Yes. Once the field is full, we will begin a waiting list and golfers on that list will be contacted in the order of that list when there is an opening.

What is the closest airport to fly to?
     1. Waterloo Regional Airport
     2. Eastern Iowa Airport (Cedar Rapids) - about 1 hour drive
     3. Des Moines - about 2 hour drive
     4. Quad Cities (Moline, IL) – about 2.25 hour drive

Mason City, IA and Dubuque, IA both have airports, and are less than 2 hours away from Waterloo. Both are provided service by fewer carriers than the three listed below Waterloo Regional Airport.

Is there housing available for visiting Pros?
The Ramada Inn in Waterloo is the host hotel for the tournament. The hotel phone number is 319-233-7560. Their website is www.ramadawaterloo.com.

Can Pros play a practice round on Thursday before the tournament?
Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course is open for practice rounds on Thursday morning until approximately 9:00am, then again after approximately 3:00pm. Pros playing practice rounds must tee off prior to 9:00 or after 3:00. The Pro Sponsor event begins on Thursday and groups are teeing off from approximately 10:00am to 2:00pm.

No practice rounds will be available on Friday.

Is there a range at Irv Warren Golf Course?
Yes, but you have to supply your own range balls. All Iowa Golf Center is located at 1844 W. Ridgeway Ave. which is about 1.5 miles from Irv Warren Golf Course and they have a range where you can buy a bucket of balls.

Can I request a tee time?
All golfers have the opportunity to indicate a preferred tee time when submitting their entry, and those time ranges are all “first come first served,” based on when the entry was received by the tournament committee. Indicated tee time preferences are not guaranteed. Special needs for specific tee times should be brought to the attention of the pro co-chairs and every effort will be made to accommodate those requests.

Can Pros wear shorts?
No. Trousers are required for all Professionals, during the Pro/sponsor event as well as the Professional Open Tournament.

Do you supply Caddies?
Caddies are available at the tournament. Caddie fees are $25 plus tip. All caddies, whether provided by the tournament or by the Pro himself, are required to wear smocks, which are supplied by the tournament.

Can I use an electronic range finder?
Distance Only electronic range finders are allowed. Players will be asked to show rules officials their device to ensure that it is compliant with the rules.
